Topfix combines two polyurethane components that mix via a static nozzle to form a durable adhesive. It sets quickly—tack-free in just 50 seconds—so prepare all tools and surfaces in advance. Once applied, the bond strengthens rapidly, allowing sanding, drilling, or painting within minutes.

Preparation & Use:

• Ensure surfaces are dry, clean, and grease-free using Replast Cleaner Antistatic
• Use Replast Primer for difficult surfaces
• Roughen contact areas slightly
• Attach the mixer nozzle to the cartridge
• Dispense and discard the first 2 cm before use
• Apply Topfix, join the parts within 10 seconds, and hold briefly
• Treat repaired parts after 10 minutes
