Delivery and Courier Information

Free delivery to nearly all UK mainland on orders over £100 (Excluding VAT and Delivery cost). When purchasing your goods please allow 2 – 5 working days. Orders that have products from mixed suppliers may take longer due to getting items in to ourselves first before despatch.


Need your order urgently?

If you need your item urgently then we would recommend that you choose the Express courier option at checkout. Most our courier deliveries are arriving within 1-2 working days.


When to contact us

If possible, we kindly ask that you only contact us if you order hasn’t arrived after 5 working days.


Our free UK delivery service

When you spend over £100 you’ll qualify for our free UK 2-5 working day delivery service. For large letters or small parcels (up to 2kg) we use Royal Mail. For large parcels (over 2kg) we use a courier *all couriers listed below*. If you provide us with your email and/or mobile phone number during checkout or when you set up your account, you’ll receive regular updates on the status of your delivery directly from the courier. You’ll also have the option to change your delivery date or delivery address if you won’t be in, please contact us so we can arrange this for you.

Please ensure you sign for the item or that the driver takes a photo as proof of delivery. If you have a safe place where the delivery can be left, please let us know know on ordering.

We will not be held liable if your parcel is delivered in an unsecured or undocumented location.

Due to charges levied by our delivery agents, Scotland & Ireland locations incur a surcharge when being delivered by courier. In these instances, we will attempt to use an alternative delivery service, but this is not always possible.

Deliveries sent on the following services:

  • Standard (2-5 Working Days) | Royal Mail 24 – Yodel – Evri
  • Express     (1-3 Working Days)  | APC-Overnight – FedEx – ParcelForce

We use three couriers for our express 1 – 3 day UK delivery, APC-Overnight, FedEx, ParcelForce. We use these couriers to ensure we can provide the lowest delivery prices possible without compromising on the reliability of our service.


Next day delivery and/or guaranteed delivery

We do not currently guarantee a next day delivery service, however if you are in urgent need of something, please contact us by giving us a call, or dropping us an email. Tell us what you are after and we will be able to advise on whether we can get something to you the next day.

You will normally need to place an order before 11:30 am.

If you require a premium delivery service (i.e. before 10:30am) you will be charged extra for this. We can tell you how much this would be when you contact us


Where is my parcel?

If your order is being delivered by courier, we first recommend trying to track your parcel using the following tracking service with your tracking number provided.

If you require a copy of the signature or picture of the delivery, please contact us & we will be happy to assist you.

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days of placing your order please contact us, providing us with your order number and we’ll do our best to help you.

Please note that we are unable to guarantee the punctuality of service provided by our delivery companies, particularly during spells of difficult weather conditions. If your shipment is delivered unacceptably late after having been collected from us on time by our couriers, we will try to secure a refund where appropriate.


European and international delivery

We do not currently offer European or international delivery as standard due to courier restrictions on some of our products. You’ll need to contact us if you’d like to discuss this option in more detail.


Returning goods

Items which are unsuitable or not required may be returned subject to the following conditions:

Ace Consumables must be contacted prior to any item being returned and returns documentation obtained. Ace Consumables will not accept any responsibility where this requirement has not been complied with. The original Ace Consumables invoice number must be quoted when contacting Ace Consumables. Ace Consumables will only deal with the persons to whom the product was originally invoiced. The item to be returned must be in perfect re-saleable condition when received at Ace Consumables.

We will not accept any items for return which have been fitted, used or in a condition other than that which it was supplied. The retail packaging must be unmarked and in good condition. For this reason, it is wise to retain all packaging materials and to open packaging with care. It is not the responsibility of Ace Consumables to organise or pay for the return of goods in these circumstances. In selecting a suitable method for return consideration should be given to proper insurance as Ace Consumables cannot accept liability for goods damaged in transit. Responsibility for packaging the item in a suitably robust fashion lies with the sender. If there is any doubt as to what a suitably robust fashion means please contact Ace Consumables for specific packaging advice. Items damaged in transit will not be accepted for refund/credit.

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you no longer need an item and wish to return it, we have a return policy in place. Any returnable items that are being returned solely because they are no longer needed will incur a return fee of £6.95.

To initiate a return for an item not needed anymore, please ensure the following conditions are met:

The item must be returned within the specified return period – 30 days from purchase date.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
The return request must be made within the designated return time frame.

Returns Process:

If you meet the above criteria and wish to return an item solely due to not needing it anymore, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team to initiate the return process and obtain a return authorization.
Package the item securely and include all original packaging, tags, and documentation.
Ship the item back to us at the provided return address, ensuring that the package is adequately protected during transit.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, the £6.95 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and restocking costs.

Refund Process:

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund for the item’s purchase price minus the £6.95 return fee will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
