Panel Bond 2K Structural Epoxy Adhesive 195ml is a professional two-component adhesive system designed for high-strength structural bonding of metal and composite panels. Developed for demanding automotive, bodyshop, fabrication and industrial applications, it combines a long 60-minute open time with excellent corrosion protection, energy absorption and resistance to heat and fatigue. Integrated 0.25mm glass beads maintain a controlled and consistent bond-line thickness during assembly.

Application & Curing

Ensure all bonding surfaces are clean and correctly prepared before application. Dispense the two-component adhesive through the appropriate mixing nozzle using a suitable applicator gun. A 26:1 high trigger ratio is recommended for easier dispensing from the 195ml cartridge.

The adhesive provides an open time of approximately 60 minutes, allowing panels to be accurately positioned before curing. Handling strength is achieved in approximately 4 hours at 23°C, with full cure reached after approximately 24 hours. Heat may be used to accelerate curing where appropriate.
