Klebfix is designed for bonding metal, plastic and rubber components with and to each other. Depending on the materials involved, initial bonding can take place within only a few seconds.

The adhesive is particularly useful for fast repairs and assemblies where additional mechanical fastening may not be required and where components need to be processed again quickly.

How to Use

1. Prepare – Ensure both bonding surfaces are clean, dry and completely free from grease.
2. Apply – Apply a thin, even layer of Klebfix to only one of the two surfaces being bonded.
3. Join Immediately – Bring the components together without delay.
4. Apply Pressure – Apply sufficient pressure to ensure complete contact between the bonding surfaces.
5. Allow to Cure – Bonding speed varies according to the materials, moisture, temperature and application conditions.

Würth Klebfix is NSF registered, Class P1, registration number 151993. Würth also states that the product has been NSF tested in accordance with NSF/ANSI 61 for use in service water and drinking-water applications.

Important Information

Very dry or acidic surfaces may delay or prevent curing, while increased moisture and alkaline surfaces can accelerate the curing process.

Excess adhesive that cures slowly around the bond area may produce a white deposit known as blooming. Using the adhesive economically and ensuring adequate ventilation and suitable humidity can help reduce this effect.

Always test unfamiliar or sensitive materials before full application and follow the manufacturer’s safety and application instructions.
