SAS White Gloss Spray Paint 500ml is a premium-quality acrylic finishing paint designed to provide excellent coverage, adhesion and a durable gloss white finish. Suitable for general use on most metals, wood and rigid plastics, it combines good weather resistance with excellent flexibility and resistance to cracking. The gloss white formulation is also non-yellowing, helping maintain a clean, bright finish over time. Supplied as a pack of 6 x 500ml aerosols.

SAS White Gloss Paint is suitable for a wide variety of correctly prepared surfaces, including most metals, wooden components and rigid plastics. It can be applied over conventional primers and is particularly well suited to professional workshop, bodyshop, fabrication, maintenance and restoration applications.

How to Use

Ensure the surface is correctly prepared and free from dust, grime, grease, oil and other contamination before application. Remove corrosion, loose coatings and surface contamination using a suitable stiff brush or an appropriate grade of wet and dry abrasive paper where required.

Shake the aerosol thoroughly for at least 2 minutes before use and continue shaking periodically during application.

Apply sparingly and evenly from approximately 20–25cm away. Typically apply 2–3 coats, or as required to achieve complete and even coverage, allowing approximately 10–15 minutes between coats.

After use, invert the aerosol and depress the actuator for a few seconds to help clear the nozzle and prevent blockage.

Important Information

Do not apply to surfaces that are unsound or where compatibility with an existing coating is uncertain without first testing on a small inconspicuous area. Particular care should be taken where an existing coating is believed to be alkyd based.

For best results, ensure the substrate is correctly prepared and use a suitable primer where required. Always follow the product instructions and appropriate safety precautions.
