SAS Air Con Sanitiser 500ml is a professional cleaning and antimicrobial treatment specifically designed for automotive air conditioning and heating systems. Its foaming formulation helps eliminate the bacteria, fungi and yeast associated with unpleasant odours, while clinging to surfaces to maximise contact time. Supplied with a specially designed 60cm three-way extension tube for accessing difficult areas within the system. Each aerosol provides up to 4 sanitising applications, with this listing supplied as a pack of 6 x 500ml aerosols.

Designed specifically for automotive vehicles fitted with an air conditioning system. Ideal for professional garages, vehicle servicing, air conditioning maintenance, valeting, dealerships and fleet preparation.

How to Use

Good ventilation must be maintained throughout the cleaning process. Open the vehicle doors and windows to maximise airflow and avoid breathing fumes following application.

1. Remove all filters, including pollen filters, from the relevant filtration systems and ensure the ducts are clear.
2. For manual systems, select normal operation with exterior air. For automatic systems, select vent and cold.
3. Set the blower to its highest setting. Attach the supplied extension nozzle and spray into the air intake for approximately 5–10 seconds. Allow the system to run for 5–10 minutes.
4. Set the system to recirculation. Place a cloth or paper towel beneath the recirculation intake to catch any excess product and spray into the intake for approximately 5–10 seconds. Where multiple intakes are present, divide the application evenly. Recirculate for approximately 90 seconds.
5. Set the heater controls to maximum and spray into the recirculation intake for a further 5 seconds. Allow the system to operate for approximately 2 minutes before switching it off.
6. Apply small quantities into the floor ducts and other vehicle vents where required.
7. Return the controls to the original exterior-air settings and operate the system for a further 2 minutes.
8. Switch the system off and leave the vehicle standing with the doors and windows open for approximately 10 minutes.
9. If any solvent odour remains, run the system for a further 5 minutes with exterior air selected and allow another 10 minutes of ventilation before using the vehicle.
