CV2 Moly Grease 

Operating temperature: -20 to +135 °C

Silverhook Moly CV grease is a premium quality grease enhanced by the addition of molybdenum disulphide for use in constant velocity joints in the automotive and industrial sectors. Also suitable for anti-friction and plain bearings subjected to high load, shock load and vibrating conditions. Features good mechanical stability, excellent load carrying properties, extreme resistance to shock loading and vibration, and has a high degree of water resistance.  

Copper Anti- Seize Grease 

Operating temperature -20 to +1100°C

Silverhook Copper grease is a high quality multi-purpose assembly compound which offers protection from seizure and corrosion. Ideal for preventing disc brake squeal, exhaust manifold studs/nuts, wheel nuts & bolts, battery terminals, axle arms, etc.   

White Water-Repellent Grease 

Operating temperature: -35 to +150 °C. 

Silverhook White grease is a premium quality, water resistant grease for use in industrial and marine applications where the presence of water and humid atmospheres can affect lubricating performance and be detrimental to the protection of parts from corrosion. Will protect against salt, acid, and chemicals, and has good sealing properties. It is further enhanced with a special additive which provides additional protection and lubrication in areas where excessive levels of water are prevalent such as water pumping equipment. Its suitable for plain and anti-friction bearings. 

Ceramic High-Temperature Grease 

Operating temperature: -20 to +1500 °C.   

Silverhook Ceramic Synthetic grease is a very high purity synthetic (mineral oil free) anti-seize compound and assembly paste. Manufactured from micro-ceramic particles together with micronised mica, compounded in a non-melt synthetic grease base. Under pressure, the solid particles form a uniform matrix, filling surface irregularities and preventing both leaks and the intrusion of contaminants. It does not contain any metals – electrolytic corrosion is prevented as the differing metals are insulated from each other. It also does not contain any sulphur or chlorine.Use on anti-lock braking systems, ASR traction control, all studs, nuts, bolts and other threaded connections, including turbine casing studs, burner nozzles, all boiler inspection points and furnace bolts. Assembly is made easier and threaded couplings can be secured uniformly with optimum torque. After long periods of service in quite arduous conditions of heat, pressure and vibration, components can be readily broken out without damage or disortion 

Red Rubber Grease 

Operatinging temperature: -40 to +120 °C

Silverhook Red Rubber Grease is a premium quality biodegradable automotive grease for use in hydraulic systems (especially braking systems), clutch components and suspension units where compatibility with natural, styrene butadiene (SBR), and other types of rubber seal is desirable. Due to the vegetable base oil, the grease is resistant to hydrocarbon solvents, notably petrol and diesel. It is fully biodegradable, resistant to solvents, provides good corrosion protection, and has good rubber compatibility. A red dye is incorporated for identification purposes. 

Silicone Waterproof Grease 

Operating temperature: -30 to +180°C

Silverhook Silicone grease is a water repellent, non-melting silicone grease lubricant. In addition to its dielectric advantages, silicone grease is also used to lubricate plastic and polythene water pipes and other fluid pipework during assembly. It has no effect on plastics, rubbers or metals; it remains essentially unaltered in daylight & UV light. It is tasteless, odourless and non-toxic and is classed as an environmentally/user friendly product. 

Silverhook Silicone Grease is mainly used in the construction of plastic and polythene pipework, to aid “O” ring assembly, also acting as a water proof or air tight seal on the joint face for the duration of the fixture. Anti-tracking, anti-corona discharge coating, waterproofing electric systems, and major uses in the automotive assembly sector primarily for the insulation and/or waterproofing of electric/electronic components and assemblies. Protection of porous metallic or ceramic coated metals exposed to seawater spray and rain. Lubrication of “O” rings and seals in pneumatics, compressed air systems, and plastic plumbing systems with the construction industry. Lubrication of instruments, subject to high and low extreme temperatures, centrifuge and autoclave lid seals, cold room trolley casters, anti-spatter agents. Glass and ceramic stopcock and gland lubricant and release agents. 

Multi-Purpose Synthetic Grease 

Operating Temperature: -40 to +175 °C

Silverhook Synthetic Lithium Complex Grease is a multi-purpose grease with excellent adhesive properties and resistance to water. It provides protection from rust, acid & alkali corrosion. Suitable for brake pad installs, open gears, bearings, printers, treadmills, conveyors and many other applications.
