The TIME-SERT® M10 × 1.5 BMW Head Bolt Thread Repair Kit is a professional solid bushing system for restoring stripped or damaged head bolt threads in suitable aluminium engine blocks. Supplied with five 24.5mm solid steel inserts and four specialist installation tools, this 9-piece kit uses TIME-SERT® mechanical locking technology to provide a secure threaded repair. Designed for specified BMW M52/M54 engine applications and other compatible M10 × 1.5 head bolt repairs.

Important: The mechanical locking action is achieved by the dedicated TIME-SERT® installation driver. Simply threading the insert into the hole or relying on thread-locking adhesive does not reproduce the manufacturer’s installation method.
